My programs and coaching are adaptable to every client's situation. You can put in as much time as you want if you're between jobs or work part time. If you work full time and don't have a lot of free time, it's not a problem, you can go at your own speed. Only 1 hour a week is enough to make a difference and get you started on a new motivating path.
